Each Toastmaster year from July 1 to June 30, Toastmasters International recognizes club performance. Clubs are given a rating of Distinguished for achieving 5 of 10 goals, Select Distinguished for achieving 7 of 10 goals, and President's Distinguished for achieving 9 of 10 goals. Once again Dawn-Breakers has achieved the highest club rating of President's Distinguished Club. Dawn-Breakers has been President's Distinguished since the 2001-2002 Toastmaster year. Congratulations members!
